Product Designer

We're looking for a curious, creative, and strategic Product Designer to join our growing team. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centric experiences that solve real problems. From ideation to implementation, you'll play a key role in shaping our product's look, feel, and function.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces.
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to develop and iterate on product features.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Maintain and contribute to our evolving design system.
Advocate for design thinking and best practices across the team.
Present and defend design work to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Stay updated with current trends in UX/UI and apply them thoughtfully to improve product experiences.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other modern design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and product thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and user-centered design principles.
